Customer success
We're looking for a customer success manager to join Sellesta.ai, a platform helping business owners and marketing specialists promote their products on Amazon USA & UK. We launched Sellesta.ai in 2022 and already landed our first paying clients. Most of the people on our product and development teams are based in Serbia, and we're currently building a sales department in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Run pilot projects with large Amazon sellers and agencies to show the value of our analytical reports and bulk operations with listings
- Regularly update clients on the progress, update contracts, upsell new services, and keep an eye on customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the US
- Strong knowledge of excel and pivot tables
- An analytical background is a plus
